Accuracy, ownership, and corrections
Editorial policy
Facts change quickly in AI software. This policy explains ownership, sponsorship, verification, conflicts, and corrections.
Ownership and sponsorship
Voice Agents Guide is operated and sponsored by DocsBot. DocsBot is included as a researched provider, but sponsorship does not buy a score, review, comparison outcome, or recommendation. Editorial provider ordering is not a performance ranking.
Verification cadence
The target cadence is monthly. A record's checked date changes only when its cited sources are actually reviewed.
Corrections
A correction should identify the exact claim, provide a current primary source, and explain the requested change. A vendor request alone does not override a verifiable source.
Material changes
Product pages and comparisons include pricing, availability, features, and limitations. Check the linked vendor pages for the latest details.
Recommendations and leads
Interactive recommendations are generated through a DocsBot experience. Buyer requirements should determine the shortlist; DocsBot is not required to appear. Submitted business details and interview responses are processed to generate the requested report. Review DocsBot's privacy policy before using the tool.
No automatic claims
Product claims require supporting vendor evidence.
